Thank you for your interest in renting the gazebo for your small event. Please read all of the info below carefully, before you fill out the form, so that you fully understand the process. If you have any questions please email swanlakemanagement@gmail.com
Process for reserving a party:
- Please view the calendar below and choose a day and time that does not have another private event listed.
- Fill out the below form to request a date and time
- Your party will either be approved or denied based on the date and time you choose. If you choose a date and time that does not overlap other events it should be approved.
- Approval: you will receive an email with request for payment, once you make payment the party is booked.
- Denial: If denied email swanlakemanagement@gmail.com and another date can be chosen.
We do not allow parties on holiday weekends or after school is back in session at the end of the season.
Interested in hosting a party at Swan Lake? Complete our online event registration form and get your party scheduled today! The following terms and conditions apply to parties at Swan Lake:
- Application required for more than 5 guests
- Request must be submitted at least one week in advance
- Parties limited to 20 guests per member
- Only 2 parties are permitted per day
- Only guests whose name were submitted to management are allowed on the pool grounds
- The standard guest rate applies to parties
- You will only be charged for the guests physically present on the grounds
- Members must remain with their guests at all times
- Approval of parties is at the sole discretion of the pool management team
