Join Swan Lake Swim Club! We appreciate your interest in becoming part of our community. Swan Lake Swim Club is a member-owned, non-profit organization, expertly managed by a dedicated volunteer Board of Trustees and experienced local pool management.
Membership Options
We offer two primary membership types: Full Share and Associate. The number of active memberships for each type is limited by our bylaws. If you are interested in joining, please click the “Apply Here” button below.
Full Share Membership
Full Share membership signifies ownership in the swim club. This option includes:
- Initial Cost:
- One-time registration fee: $50.00
- Cost of a share of stock: $250.00
- Annual dues: $550.00
- Subsequent Years: Full Share members only pay the annual dues.
- Automatic Renewal: Memberships automatically renew each year unless the Membership Committee receives a resignation notification before April 1st.
- Stock Refund: The stock cost is refundable upon withdrawal from the pool once your share has been sold to a new member by the Board of Trustees and their payment is received.
Associate Membership
Associate members are non-shareholding users of the pool with specific privileges. This option includes:
- Initial Cost:
- One-time registration fee: $50.00
- Annual dues: $630.00 (covers two adults)
- Additional Household Members: You can add additional household members for an extra fee of $50.00 per dependent.
Single and Double Memberships
- Single Membership: Available for one person at two-thirds of the annual dues of a regular family membership.
- Double Membership: Available for two people residing in the same household at four-fifths of the annual dues of a regular family membership.
Household Definitions and Additions
“Family” includes only permanent residents of the household. Additional individuals may be added to your membership only if they are residing with your family for the summer or provide childcare (e.g., a babysitter). The cost for these additions is $100 per person for the summer season. Please note, we may request documentation to verify that claimed household or family members reside with the head(s) of the household.
